The historical building, located in one of the three oldest neighborhoods in Lisbon, is within walking distance of the castle and most of the hot spots this city has to offer. Although the building is centuries year old, it recently underwent refurbishment in order to preserve its original facade and the good conservation of the interior. This made possible including an elevator to make access to the 4th-floor apartment easier.

The apartment also refurbished in 2019, makes a quite of an impression immediately at the entrance as an incredible amount of light that breaks through the living room and kitchen windows overlooking most of the city rooftops, making it an amazing private viewpoint. The living room and kitchen are on an open space concept making it wide and spacious interior. You will also find 3 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, the interior balcony facing the front of the building makes the bedrooms extra quiet and the side table makes it an ideal place to grab breakfast.

The environment is modern, clean, and minimalist focuses on making the apartment as spacious and open as possible. The details and paintings here and there were selected from local artists and designers. The wide windows allow a lot of light to get in making the divisions of the house very bright and the design of furniture offers all the comfort that guests deserve in this house. The apartment provides also free WiFi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate those who come to stay.
