The neighborhood is bustling with well-stocked shops and services and easy access to all parts of the city by bus, metro or even walking. The historical building, from XIX century was recently underwent for refurbishment in order to preserve its original facade and the good conservation of the interior. However, access to the apartment is made by stairs, up to the third floor, since the building has originally no elevator.
The apartment also refurbished in 2015, makes a quite of an impression immediately at the entrance though their extensive areas, and the incredible light that breaks through the living room by a small terrace overlooking the main street, and prepared to receive short meals or romantic moments outdoors . The living room from the rest of the house has a long corridor distance that leads though 3 double rooms, one en suite, a complete bathroom, until arriving to the kitchen and another large dining room looking at he back yards. This part of the house has also its private terrace where more people can enjoy the pleasure of stepping outside being indoors.
The environment is modern and minimalist, focus on it main elements, the white and stone with a Pop Art details here and there. High and worked ceilings rise up with grandeur on each of the divisions of the house and the design of furniture offers all the comfort that guests deserve in this house. The apartment provides also free WiFi, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate those who come to stay.
Please note that the apartment is in the 3rd floor of an amazing historical building and there is no elevator.
